Here you can get information about the current tasks and report bugs or requests for the 3LGM² tool. On the site  New Ticket you can submit a new request or a bug.

If you also submit your e-mail address in the CC field of the new ticket form you will be informed about the status of your request. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible so that we have the chance to reproduce it. If the problem occurs only with a specific 3LGM² model, please submit this model too.
